Jeff Edwards was the co-founder and principal of one of the first 50 Regional Centers designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service under the EB-5 Visa Immigrant Investor Pilot program, securing designation on December 9, 2009. Jeff has accumulated considerable experience in this exciting job creating investment space, spending 6+ years interfacing on many fronts with prospective investors, project sponsors, economists, legal counsel, state and federal agencies, pending regional centers, and numerous other EB-5 industry stakeholders.

Jeff possesses over 35 years of experience in the field of specialty chemicals, most recently holding senior management positions over business portfolios having in excess of $100 million of annual revenue. Jeff’s broad experience in both strategic and tactical operations on both the business and technical side has been anchored with several multi-billion dollar global specialty chemical companies such as Clariant Corporation, Huntsman Corporation, Texaco Chemical Company, Air Products & Chemicals, and B.F. Goodrich Chemical.

Jeff currently is the President of two affiliated and privately held specialty chemical companies headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, representing the financial interests of an Ohio based ownership group.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jeff is a co-inventor on U.S. Patent #5,214,155 issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office on May 25, 1993.
