Sarah Chapman Wilson is the Engagement Manager at LCR Capital Partners and is responsible for managing and executing special projects for LCR’s senior leadership requiring support with research, analytics, and graphic design. Prior to joining LCR, Sarah spent 7 years at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. She progressed to become a Knowledge Expert within the Firm’s Travel, Transport & Logistics Practice. During her time at McKinsey, Sarah led hundreds of research projects, became a key advisor to many of the Firm’s client service teams, and often presented her recommendations to Partner-level audiences. Sarah conducted research for a variety of client teams in logistics, rail, trucking, and freight forwarding. Prior to McKinsey, Sarah worked in supply chain engineering at USF Logistics (now Meridian IQ) and OfficeMax. At USF, Sarah was part of a core engineering team that developed optimal supply chain solutions for new clients. Sarah then joined OfficeMax as post-acquisition supply chain support following the Boise Office Solutions’ acquisition of OfficeMax. Sarah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
